All pre-orders will have a 4-8 business weeks timeframe because this entrepreneurial approach to artistry is meant to slow down fast fashion and dependency on the normalization of immediacy. Pre-orders is also a method to help decrease fabric waste in a world where fashion has a big carbon footprint which contributes the negative impacts on our Earth. SHIPPING
All packages are shipped through a family-owned UPS store as a way to support the ecosystem of other small businesses. The shipping timeline of processing and fulfillment is 3-5 business days as well as shipping is 3-5 business days.
Please review all information before placing an order. Incorrect addresses for delivered products will not be refunded or replaced.
Any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments will not be refunded or replaced if the tracking number post an order has been delivered. A claim will need to be filed with UPS instead and feel free to reach out for a co-created solution.

As a 1 person brand in production, design, etc., there are limitations and barriers I continue to navigate such as "all sales being final" to ensure enough capital is sustains and grows this clothing artistry outlet. I am working to get to the point of offering returns and exchanges to meet a wide range of needs and desires. Thank you for your understanding!
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns are accepted for refund or exchange only on defective or incorrect items. Please contact me customersupport@dvnielluu.com within 3 business days of receiving your defective or incorrect item(s) to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Any requests after the 3 business day limit will not be approved. Product must be unworn and unwashed.
Mistakes may occur such as manufacturing defects slipping through the process and making it into your hands. I acknowledge these mistakes as this is a continual learning process for me to grow as a person and this brand. If this has happened, I want to know about it and work with you to figure what can be adjusted for continual improvements.
