Refunds and Exchanges
ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND PLEASE NOTE THAT DVNIEL.LUU LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR REFUSE ANY ORDERS PLACED FOR ANY REASON.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception with 3 business days of shipment arrival date and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If so, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or sent a new product. You'll have to print your own shipping label to send your package back to the stated address in the email thread. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Additionally, damaged claims can also be filed with Route Protection if you have selected insurance during purchase: https://claims.route.com/

Incorrect Address and Lost Packages

Please review all information before placing an order. Incorrect addresses for delivered products will not be refunded or replaced.

Any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments will not be refunded or replaced if the tracking number post an order has been delivered. A claim will need to be filed with USPS and UPS depending on your carrier tracking number.
